Fire Door Inspections Across Multiple Sectors

Since the Regulatory Reform Order of 2005, there have been several instances of Fire & Rescue services prosecuting businesses for Fire Safety Order breaches. We provide fire door inspections with the sole intention of keeping your building safe and preventing you from facing a large fine.

When inspecting your fire doors, we only suggest remedial works that are necessary. We are not here to condemn your doors and cost you unnecessary expense. Instead we will advise you on how your fire doors can be improved to help keep building users safe and maintained to comply with fire safety law.

We can also inspect new fire doors that have been recently installed so that compliance is confirmed before the contractor leaves the site, as well as older doors that have been repaired or upgraded.

We carry out inspections for:

  • Housing associations: Ensuring fire door safety legislation for the safety of residents.
  • Healthcare Facilities: Conducting fire door inspections in hospitals and care homes to protect vulnerable individuals.
  • Landlords: Conducting fire door inspections to help you ensure tenant safety and compliance with fire door regulations.
  • Historic Buildings:  Inspecting and advising on historic doors to help preserve them whilst maintaining or improving fire door safety standards.
  • Education Institutions: Maintaining fire door safety standards in child-care facilities, schools, colleges and universities.
  • Commercial Properties: Extending services to factories, warehouses, and office buildings.

Just to say I actually enjoyed the exam yesterday and to thank you for the way you put me at ease and made it a good experience. It was very interesting and informative too. All recent training has been online multi-choice and I have not had a face to face or Teams meeting exam in years
